The Listening One

Ah!
Mr. Music Man-
Tell me your story, sing me your song.
Let your melody float upon the wind-
Let it capture the listening spirit of time
and shower my searching heart with loving tenderness.
The tantalizing words reach deep
within my soul
And
Tears of joy penetrate within the walls of my imagination.
As the words surround me with sheer mists of passion-
I am filled with the sensual emotions
of
pleasurable pain and heated ecstasy.
As the haunting melody dances across the invisible winds of moments and remembered memories.
Notes reverberate off the walls in astounding grace.
Begging to be heard
Begging to be tasted, savored, like a fine wine
the color of ruby red.
The music, in the corridors of sound,
will never die in the heart
of
The Listening One-
The Listening One is the keeper of beauty, the dreamer, the storyteller,
and the sensitive poet.
Ah!
Mr. Music Man-
Tell me your story, sing me your song.

Hugs BonBon

Thank you most kindly for your replies.
I was over at a friends house as my son and his band played their music. I was listening to their words and this started to come to mind as I listened. Then I started to write.
So glad you all liked.
Hugs to all.
