Why, when it's this cold,
am I naked, standing so
alone? Wonder how I will
survive... wonder if I'll find
a home.

Midnitesun,
that's an offer which is awfully hard to pass up Thank you very much...

Ser,
Yeah, I wrote it at night, and it's a bit coolish during the night here. It's good to hear from you... I'm gonna miss everyone in a few months when I move out (won't be able to afford a computer... or electricity for that matter lol). Thank you *hugs*

Always, Alyssa

Dix,
that means more then you know thank you so much...

jo,
my father just told me he's kicking me out the day I turn 18... but I'm leaving, anyway. It was just a bit of a shock and I'm wondering what to do with not being able to work and all. I have good friends though, and I know God is holding my future. So really, it's not that bad Thank you for your reply and your care. I hope all is well with you...

Always, Alyssa

You will be okay, Alyssa...your faith will see you through, sweet one.  You will be in my prayers, too.  You let us all know where you are going to be when that happens, k?   ....jo

~ My dear girl, with just a few choice words you have me shivering and feeling the cold ~ even though it's hot and humid where I am!

"Dismal" is an understatement if what you have written is a true reflection of your circumstances. Remember, you are a golden girl and will shine no matter what trials and misfortunes may come your way.

Wrapping my "wings" around you, my dear little one,

Alyssa,
There are many of us who would love to meet your needs. But sounds like clothing is at the head of the list. Hope all is well. Miss ya'.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Hello, GG...

It is great to read you again.  I've missed you.  You pack emotions that many of us have felt.  Never really alone, check those tracks in the sand.  They're too big for your feet...must be His.  Keep the faith, gal.  I've found He never gives more than one can handle.  Looking back upon the bad times in my life, I find they have only made me richer with a little more sage.

So powerfully written with so few words.
Wishing you the best,

jo,
yeah, it'll be alright. For a few months I probably won't really have a house, but when I get settled somewhere I'll be sure to let you all know as soon as I can! Thank you so much for your prayers. You take care, as well, alright?

martjo,
yep, no worries, I've got good friends who are here for me. My sis isn't really in the position to help much, but I'm sure she'll do whatever she can . Thanks so much for your concern, your prayers, and your reply. You take care..!

you're so kind, thank you very much. I'm honored you took the time to read and reply...

Linda,
not the first time I've faced a dismal time, and I'm certainly not the first one to face it. I'm sure that things will turn out fine! Thank you so much for your sweet compassion. You take care, alright?

Larry,
lol no worries, that part was just an analogy for how I felt... and aren't we all glad of that!!! The ability to work is really what's up at the top of the list, but hey, that simple, right? lol ...Glad you stopped by. Thank you . Miss ya, too, sir.

LeeJ,
You're just so very kind. Thank you so so much. Hugs...

misce,
you speak such truth. And with something I often need to be reminded of! I've missed you, too, and I hope, as always, that things are going well for you. Thank you so much for your sweet words and for stopping by.

Always, Alyssa

You never fail to grab me and squeeze...

I have stood naked and I have been stripped naked and through it all I stood tall...because I know everything must, will end.

GG, I have looked at your photography a few times. You are a professional.I have seen high prices put on much  lesser photos. Maybe you should do something about owning the rights and putting some up for sale.... love, martyjo

littlewing,
you are so very generous. Thank you. This place here will always be a home to me... I may not be able to come in for a long while, but it'll still be home. Don't worry Just 'cause I won't be able to get to a computer doesn't mean my thoughts and prayers won't be with you all, either. Thank ya, much... and don't worry.

SusanC,
Yep, and you know, this is one of those times where I feel better standing naked and alone, because I'm standing right where I should be. It's hurtful, lonely, confusing, and all of that... but at least I can stand unashamed! Thank you for your reply... I see that you know what I mean.

vandana,
Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed it! Take care...

Martjo,
oh my! What a huge compliment! I certainly enjoy it, but don't believe I'm near that good. It does sound like a lot of fun to try, though! You always make me feel so good... I wish there were some better way to thank you!

jellybeans,
y'know, it's so real when you write that I almost think you could. Thank you, and no worries, it'll all turn out just fine. It's so good to read you, I hope that you are taking care. You better be! God bless...

The Jackal,
well I hadn't been able to write for weeks and months, so I was just glad to get anything at all out! lol Thank you so much for your compliments, though. I'll have to look up your name to see if I can find any of your writing!

Alyssa, I am still trying to access all of your photos. I love the winter scenes, the fence and also the footprints. The night photos of the sunset are beautiful.  I even love the fun you had with the daisy. The cemetery scenes with the flowers in different colors tell a a lot.. You have a great imagination.  I have to wait and return because your site is still giving problems, Some day I quarantine you will be known for your poetry and photographs. Love to you and Gad bless you,   martyjo
