So it was
Perhaps
Never again

The last light
Filters through curtained windows

All the morning’s visitors
Are finally going home

not sure of your intent, the inspiration for this write
but my eyes were carried to Gaza
and many families, some moving out,
and some, back in

This poem made me feel what I do when I have been enjoying a visit from lots of my grandchildren....I love to have them but the whole house breaths silence when they leave...Well done...*big hugs*

this reminds me of a forest...where light is just coming through a warm mist...the forest creatures leave their morning drink from the lake and this particular time, will never again exist?

Lovely John

There are such scenes happening every minute.

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love
