She has furnished a kingdom within my heart, and wove a crown of golden laurels, that stand for love that lives upon my flesh. Beloved, as her soul caused passion flowers to blossom within me unlike that of time which falls a withering rose if true love is not found. I give my soul to her before the heavens, nor will I ever be without the fruits of the Gods. I drink from the rich fountain of Athos where my heart flows freely with amorous care. One minute before the design of her lovely face is more beautiful than the skies portrait of a Tuscan sun. Received by grace, a star of benign light shall fall before her and a bright angel shall enlighten her spiritual eyes. Her beauty is like that of a pleasant song, to anything that breathes the sweet air taken from the earth. Traces of her passion are found within my heart with the harp playing the many tones of love. The feeling of devout love is expressed in such a beautiful form. It captures the reader off gaurd Tomorrow comes for those who fear it. |
