A Poem's Invent

I can take it you know,
sarcasm and such.
It can leave me with feelings,
though empty of touch.

It can spirit my will,
make me harden the core.
The softness then changes
to the darkness of more.

It's not what you think,
the name in a name.
Petaled, the flowers
pigmented the same.

A Lady of She,
to the Errant of man,
leaves the dreamscape
to nightmares,
the film in the can.

Just a curious She
with a friendly approach,
touching a nerve
that's received lesson, coached

Knowing nothing of more
nor nothing of less,
so my thoughts for the now
turn aside, to digress...

Words, they're just words,
no meaning is spent.
Free for the taking...
a poem's invent.
