Re Post

Hail

Insects see us the dinosaur
Just meat and bone and nothing more
They share with us the earth each day
It’s constant war our different way.

They play the game of hide and seek
Keep procreation at a peek
And live in places we can’t stay
For it’s the waiting game they play.

To me they have an edge on must
It seems they are not into lust
They share and have a job for each
It’s something that we do not teach.

I have a feeling deep inside
An emotion I cannot hide
This dinosaur has too much brass
And like the last will come to pass.

So hail to the victor his birth
For he will inherit the earth

Excellent Saturday morning post Sy!
May you and Isobel have a wonderful weekend.
~Smiles & Hugs....and tea, Nancy~

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back

When we microscope things down
the way you did...we learn
of a much larger game plan.

Albeit said before,
with this poem
you have scored...
