It wasn’t the look of her.....or the walk that swayed as gentle
as a palm.  It wasn’t the softness of her voice and alluring
smile...I must say, it was none of this as she walked
away from the darkened room, through the metal door and
through the light that scantily clad the worn walk.

Her eyes...so deep and flickering, letting passion lap my
brows and stifle the sigh that welled.   Her lips that
painted oceans waves, smoothed the dimples of a
canvas...caressed each curve...sipped the fires.  Her
blush, deepening as each second betrayed her and
brought her within my grasp....though fleeting and
for but a moment.

Her hair, lingering around a tiny earlobe, dancing
over a lash...caressing the small of a slightly
curved back....downward into the reaches of
tranquility....

Haunting me, all of this...as dreams brought her
ever close, yet wrenching her from the cloak of
darkness behind flitting lids....dancing eyes.
And ... in the moment before awakening, a
lingering trace of a nail...bringing shivers to
an arched spine....waiting to dream again....
And dance....once more...

...*SIGH*...

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back

Barry,
That is way cool and a fine keeper. I really like this write. You rock dude!

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

I often wonder when I read words as this, if there is someone out there that thinks of me like that...

Very, very seductive Barry.
