a moment
quiet reprieve
time to be still
to dream
to believe

in silent hush
this brush of dawning
waking slow
with stretch
and yawning

still held in pause
of here and there
whispering sigh
....I still feel you
everywhere....

Interruption
alarm clock ringing
(where’s my coffee?)
day has started
birds are singing

in solitary
I will review
rewind
refeel
the touch of you

to soothe me
through the day
when I’m reminded
you’re too far
too damn far away.....

Hugs to you...with wishes that he will come to his lady and reveal he to feels the same...

You put your thoughts... your emotions... into words, words expressing your feelings so easily seen. Enjoyed!

(smiles) This is a most beautifully bittersweet write, dearest friend, I bet it can indeed feel sad often when we miss that physical touch of one we love sooooooo much, but the spirit of that love always is there, and indeed you can be refelt with it! (angel friendship hugs) God Bless You, sweet friend, I love this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Susan, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

The nicest part about missing someone is how glad you are when you see them again right?  I love Steve Hanks art, it truly speaks, and especially with this piece.  Nice going Susan.

Now I got Carole King on my mind, Susan.
It melts right off the page onto my desk, pooling at my feet . . .

I know the ache of someone being too far away...hugss you luv ya

In your light I learn how to love
In your beauty how to make poems
You dance inside my chest where
no one sees you and that sight becomes this art

I came back to this because it accurately describes my mood:

you’re too far
too damn far away.....

You just keep doing it over and over. Writing stuff I really, really like.

I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.
