Heartbreak, this world
brings it to
people, like a
horseman of the
apocalypse, stalking morning
horizons, pale light
behind ragged black
cloaks, dark shadows
cast to feet.
Malleable, we follow,
unless we stop,
roll back dark
skies, allow the
light of truth,
harmony and happiness
back into hearts,
souls and being.
Keep the horsemen
on the horizon,
let the sun
burn them away.
Let hope and
God's love divine,
shine within you,
search for beauty,
grace, eternal light.
Have love for
everyone, only in
the face of
the sternest tests,
can we hope
to prevail over
evil, but prevail
we will, if
we can face
it down, with
love for the
so called enemies.
Do not do
evil, do good,
and the riches
of God's world
will be yours.

Desire for nothing except desirelessness, hope for nothing except to rise above all hopes, want nothing and you will have everything.avatar Meher Baba.

While reading your impassioned words, the vision of Scarlett O'Hara reaching her hand up to the sky and saying "With God as my witness...", came to my mind!

A wonderful write!

Love & Light,

Indeed....

In your light I learn how to love
In your beauty how to make poems
You dance inside my chest where
no one sees you and that sight becomes this art

Excellent words of wisdom..
Much enjoyed the read.

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back

Thank you very much for your replies...with the terror atrocities we have had lately...i think if Jesus were here he would not want people to hate the terrorists...no...but to love them..and to try to understand them...that kind of love can only be found in people's individual hearts...and if we as individuals approach this subject in this way..love will win over evil...in the eyes of the Lord....thank you everyone..
