Near golden sunsets

0 posted 2005-07-22 01:58 AM

Sipping on the nightly sights,
a glimpse off the back deck.
Breathing through the daily rush,
casting dice after the setting sun.
I caught the full moon
off of brighter, rounder eyes.

One mask gazing at another,
curiosity content and in key.

I caught that same moon myself - hey, missed you lately and hope you are surviving in this heat.  Nicely done this was.

Philip~

You got me with 'moon' ...
and the rest was delicately intriguing word-lace~

Love this one Philip!
Where on earth have you been?
And please don't say 'lost'.

Saying I enjoyed this is an understatement

not sure how I missed this first 'round....good to read you...

In your light I learn how to love
In your beauty how to make poems
You dance inside my chest where
no one sees you and that sight becomes this art
