(Here's a cute, saucy little re-post homage to all the backyard barbecuing that's happening this whole weekend, yay! )

Dressed To Grill
By: Noah Eaton
7/14/04

I'm firin' up,
the Weber Baby Q this evenin', yeah!
She may be small,
but she's saucier than George Foreman, yeah!
(No offense, George,
I still think you're a lean mean grilling machine!
Awww, thanks! )

Hey hey hey,
look who's comin', yeah!
She's such a sweet girl,
she sure is smokin, yeah!

Come on down, darling!
my lil' barbecutie,
it's polite to kiss the cook,
give me a lil' piezoelectricity,
set my heart on fire,
any way is a thrill,
I just wanna see you,
.
.
.
dressed to grill!

You know I love the taste of your lips,
in any kind of marinade,
your caress my heart with a basting brush,
giving my desires a honey-chutney glaze,
Her BTU rating,
is off the charts, whoa!
Someone call the Fire Department,
she's out of control!

Come on down, darling!
my lil' barbecutie,
it's polite to kiss the cook,
give me a lil' piezoelectricity,
Whether its propane, charcoal or electric,
any way is a thrill,
I just wanna see you,
.
.
.
dressed to grill!

Compliments to the chef now,
how would you like it?
(Relish today, ketchup tomorrow!)
Whatever melts your butter!
Make sure you top love with pineapple,
warm her heart on the chimney starter,
If she's done on that side,
isn't it time to turn her?

Come on down, darling!
my lil' barbecutie,
it's polite to kiss the cook,
give me a lil' piezoelectricity,
I love everything about you,
any way you do me is a thrill,
you just better be...
.
.
.
dressed to grill!
.
.
.
oh yeah, you know I love it when you're,
.
.
.
dressed to grill,
.
.
.
dressed to grill!

looking forward to tomorrow ...good friends, good food, grillin' all day....you always add the right amount of spice to any party.... have a great 4th!

I keep a fragrance bottle my
muse gave me when I met him
in endless winter and he
settled me into remembering
who I am.

Thanks wolf for bringing this adorable write back into the light!
