Heart Strings

Sorrow pulls upon the strings
Making sounds in hollow rings
Capturing the heart in stir
In the magic of a blur

Rolling out a carpets red
And showing only green instead
Woven in a shawl of lace
Offered like the dew in grace

Capturing this butterfly
Reeling in a line of sigh
Coloring the sky to gold
Wrapping up the soul in fold

Illusions in a cup of tea
A phantom in a fantasy
Hypnotized by cup and dish
And offered up a drink of wish

But often using chum of bale
One is swallowed by the whale

Good morning sir, and might I add not only is your rhyme perfect,
this....

--------------------------------
Sorrow pulls upon the strings
Making sounds in hollow rings
Capturing the heart in stir
In the magic of a blur
---------------------------------

is perfect in it's truth.
Guess that means, you have written
a perfect poem!

Good morning sey!
