my own little world

I crack my skull
thoughts desentigrate to tile
i burn my hair
as love that consumed me bleeds me dry
I clutch the dreads of tomorrow
in battered fingers of this foggy hour

pray
for saturation of my clouded soul
cling
to hope that never came but is always wanted

I die awake
never blinking
never knowing
wich moment was my last or my first

How can I stand here and not be moved by you? - Lifehouse
