Your heart races your head throbs.  Your head throbs.  Its like you’re in a nightmare and you just can’t get out.  You try to open your eyes but they just won’t open.

As if you’re in a dark room and you don’t know what lies beneath the shadow of darkness.  It’s like a blanket of snow in the dead of winter.

You can’t breath, like your choking your own flesh.  Your palms are sweaty as if you’re making a life or death decision.

        You can’t think,
Your mind is cluttered with thoughts,
Like will I live?
If so, for how much longer?

You scream for help, but the sounds just won’t come out, instead a short gasp of air.

It’s like your fighting for your life.
But the odds are stacked against you.

You try run but you stand your ground.
Like a tree whose roots sink deep into the earth.

You have chills running up and down your spine.  Goose bumps forming up and down your arms.

You start in a cold sweat, you begin panic but you still don’t know what to do.
You look right, left, and then front and back.

It’s like you’re a monster imprisoned, confined to that room.

You sit down, humming and calming yourself.

You tell yourself there’s nothing to fear,
But your body says different.

The shaking the sweating the horror.

You close your eyes hoping to get away from it all.

You open your eyes, at ease because it was all a dream.

welcome.  I wil keep an eye out for you.  Your style is like mine a very long time ago, when I was angy and mad at the world.

Yep, some dreams can push you faster and faster into some precarious corner of un-reality, then wake you up just in time.
