a treasure to be buried
hidden in forgot
remembered only when hurried
of why gems are cut

precious? ... ahh, such foolishness
burdens to behold
for where Love turns to hopelessness
where it becomes Fools Gold

"In life's giving ... love is a gift, such worth living."

If it wasn't right, wasn't real ...
then why did it make us feel ....?

i think it's safe to say, we've all been that fool, at one time or another maybe that is why the ache is recognized so easily

Enjoyed this. It isn't fools gold until someone else tells you so. (Ignorance can be bliss )

Cute...Gold does seem to be a fools color...charming to the eye from the outside, yet not pure and real on the inside.
not solid..100%
