you were a gypsy in net stockings with a glass eye's watching the windows with butterflys you drew me pictures there under that sunburned sky with the wet of your fingers and a sundress wind you unspun my dreams wool and left the mothy mouth hunger my mind always saw your back but never your smile you said I had to earn that later when a lover's moon made me blind __________________ dark |
