Of One Soul

Glad-stones hear the heel of time, where
a confluence of spring waters,

soon to find their eternal home
where salt shall trans their form,

and there, here,

In the burrow of hunger, the ferns run

on the wind, emptying themselves of seed,
for the earth fed them well,

and I sit against this tree,
my own hunger soon to be sated,

with a mating
of one soul.

I dont think your muse is a far gone as you think...playing hard to get perhaps...
