It feels like one of those days when hope lies hidden behind clouds that stand in the way and today I am to weak to try to push them out of the way, but yet I search for the glimpse of blue to come breaking through while I continue trying to make life that much sweeter for she who wears her smile so brightly and her heart on her sleeve when she whispers to me...... "mom, it will be alright..." but yet this stubborn gray cast it's shadows over my day and I know that the sun is out there.........somewhere waiting for the storm of emotion to subside so the light can reside in my heart once again but there is no silver lining to see it is raining for me inside of a weary soul continually trying to wear a smile and hide the tears to vanquish the fears as I cling to the faith lying obscured behind those dark clouds and I know that tomorrow is yet another day another chance a day to dance but today I can only but try....... to keep on trying. (revised slightly 6-7-05) I really want to care, I want to feel something, let me dig a little deeper nah, still nothing~ my give a DAMN is busted. Jodee |

but yet this stubborn gray cast it's shadows over my day and I know that the sun is out there.........somewhere negativity is only a state of mind, how we think, what we believe....if we allow it... take up that sunshine offering life to you, forget what is there in negative pursuit, perhaps that's what the Bible meant, when it says, learn from the beasts of the field...do the birds worry about their next meal? No! They just trust it will be there...we condition ourselves to be happy or unhappy...it's our choice...hugs to ya little ballerina...take a dive and leap of faith, into a new world... |
