 ~ Simple pleasures make me smile ~ I believe in... Mystery and miracles ~ the magic of each new day. The lonely call of the loon, and cherished children at play. Music of the masters to relax my muddled mind, Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet, or some such kind. Simple pleasures are ~ wild roses and bleeding hearts, Sun-kissed daisies dancing upon soft summer wind.. and native grasses nodding by a woodland stream, where shadows of glassy willows sway and gleam. A quiet place, some space, just to sit a spell. Sand dunes, sandals, sea-shells and carousels. Solitude, candy apples, Lavender and rainbows, Walking barefoot on the beach...warm sand between my toes. Laughter, hugs and kisses, when they're wildly spilled.. Surprise phone calls from loved ones give me a thrill. Weddings rings and morning laughter..loving someone ever after. You and I in each other eyes~ headed toward life's next chapter.
