Path Finder

I press my ear against, decay,
“prince” of chain links, bullets
imbalance, like afterthoughts of
bare-handed gravel

sacrifices life blood
scrapping point A to point B
like a printer error, oozing claws
sliding along a chalk board

to the edge of pain
to the edge of hell
wells of twisted souls
disfigured in a cycle
of satanic candle masses
laughing and swallowing up any
conscience

witch brew of heart in chains
wearing skull and bones
damning cold voices in wind
surrounded by ugly mirrors
wearing black eyes, frozen
in unspeakable terror

desiring flesh & innocence
into the wicked mind of insanity
a spell cold upon bottomless pits
anger
hate
blame
calls
demons, weavers of darkness
devil’s paradise

it is innocence I morned
the dying illusions of
what i thought real became
utter hopelessness & despair

it’s
warm...
where dawn sleeps under oak
where life brings back
minister of desires
taken out of context
where real examples are prayers
a multitude of coincidences
that become genetic history

I move the limbs of mind
from moment to moment
gazing through
knowing which path is life
light
certainty
obedience

unto a wide gate of better
choices…
there is no need to wonder
wander....
which is right
which is left
along that path

becoming narrower & narrower
something good donates
bone marrow
fighting for dreams of future
mine, and yours

energy of life
introduces the players

are you the path finder?

LeeJ

"are you the path finder?"

We are all path finders, I think...for each a seperate path, yet so much also of the same.  You are so amazingly word rich!

You are so diversely talented LeeJ!!!
And all the more the way you take the reader "there"
and guide them down the halls to share the spirit of your mind.

Another amazing write and yes, we are all pathfinders - some know it and some don't, some will find it soon and others not but at the end of the day we will all be on the right path at the right time.  Just a bit hard getting all the "rights" together at the same time.
