A Peccadillo

Asleep beneath a weeping willow
Brought about a peccadillo
The branch that swept across my face
Was taken for a hand of grace

So light the leaves did pass above
I thought for sure it was my love
And moaned a moan of joyous joy
I thought it was the real McCoy

I lifted up my hand its place
To catch the velvet of it’s lace
And brought the surface to my lips
With scintillating finger tips

And there the leaves did kiss me well
Like rain upon my parched lips fell
They kissed my eyes till they did stir
And seemed to say why thank you sir

I placed some leaves within my book
A kiss that I had once mistook

Mr. T., that was so unbelievably precious, that I have to send you an angel kiss and a woman kiss (on the cheek of course! I would not want to incur the wrath of your Isabel! lol)

You are absolutely kissable with this morning's poetic delight!

See, youre so irresistable,  even the trees wanna give you *winkies* LOL
and you already know this moth cant resist your poetic charms

I am sure of my reasons, embracing the seasons,
and the sacred simplicity of you at my side.

Ah, this is precious Sy!
I'm sending kisses your way as well..
I don't recall being kissed by leaves before,
but I do hug trees!

Life is one great big canvas;
throw all the paint on it you can.

SY, Here is a repost sent just to you. best, marty
         And You Would Know Love

         If my name were Aphrodite
         I'd send an aphrodisiac
         of sweet ambrosia.

A song as tender as the
         Humming birds wing
         would sing out to you.

A kiss as soft as a feathers
         flighting touch would sit
              upon your lips

         And you would know love
         as only the gods command.

Sy, for the time you take that book on back
to read to Willow the words she lacks
Tell her that your friends left a seat
So she shouldn't have far to bend in greet...

Seymour, my friend, I have missed you.

Brilliant work.

never try to teach a pig to sing
it wastes your time AND annoys the pig
