Those Sins

Those sins of moms and dads their crown
The sound and feel of stress passed down
Ancient history comes to fuss
Not for you but all of us

It is a scale of some degree
Depending on the filigree
It is a dragon’s fire breath
And breathes on us from life to death

Desire is the marriage ring
The link that binds the song we sing
Each has nettle below the rose
For this is what desire chose

A rose in view is a rose in coup
A mixture of the rue and true
A growth within the gardens mind
A garden you must feed with kind

And in this garden grows your rose
Desires flower that you chose

Good morning, Sir Sage!

When those thorns start pricking, it is easy to lose sight of the beauty that once attracted us! Wilted Rose

May you be surrounded by gardens of prickless roses!

Love ya bunches!

Sunshine
Are they leaving a little honey to sweeten it?

Sy I allways look for you wonderfull work, but it seem to be getting scarcer and farther between. Should I be worried? By the way Serenity B. (Karen) tells me you paint too; this entreags me into curiosity.

My wife hurt her bad knee and can't get around lately. It's keeping pretty busy tending to her. Not looking forward to a knee replacement. Not to worry.Thank you for your concern my friend.

Sunshine,
Why not.
