Orbiting

I orbit in my paths content
Like smoke goes up the flue in vent
With observations on the way
Of all the awe comes into play

Latitude and longitude and
Melted hues of white exude
With greenery and scenery
And sips of wines fine alchemy

I float; I fly up in the sky
I am a bird a butterfly
I chase the wind and sail the sea
To touch the spirit of the we

And when I pass my hand the mist
To feel the dew on hand and wrist
I bath it on my flying dove
To baptize her once more my love

It is a process of repeat
Each day I show my love in greet

Good morning, Sir Sigh!

This morning's poetic offering is one of the loveliest of your lovelies!

It is perfect in rhythm and sky blues!

Thou hast scribed it well, sire!

Love & Living Light,
EA

Y'know, it's just probably me,
but I sense a bit of orneriness in
this little baptism...

Good morning, Smiling Sy!

I loved this one ; once again you have made me think of the way I feel about my lady love whose name is still Leah, but here I go talking about myself again too much. This reply is supposed to be about your work, but it makes me think and feel about my own feelings, which is what it is supposed to do.

If a poem can do that it is a success.
