Isabel

You are the dawning of my light
And all the dreams that fill my night
The common and the miracle
My Isabel, my Isabel

You are the wind that fills my sail
The power and my every bail
The manna feeds my earthly dwell
My Isabel, my Isabel

The coming of the seasons fall
The winter snow that covers all
The rainbow of the sky as well
My Isabel, my Isabel

The anchor of my worldly reign
The reason of my very sane
A fire I could never quell
My Isabel, my Isabel

You’re all of heaven, all of hell
You are, you are, My Isabel

Sy, this is lovely and brought tears to my eyes. She must be quite a lady and you are certainly, quite the man.

Enjoyed this very much ....

Oh, Mr. T., you should frame this for your Isabel! 'Tis the perfect gift from your heart!

~ and even she, I'm sure, can appreciate that bit of humour at the end!

God bless you both!

The closing couplet left me smiling... which is good... for the rest had touched my heart to tears. *S* You are both delightful... and the love you share is absolutely beautiful to behold. *S*

Now how the heck did I miss this?

An ode to your Isabel,
All of heaven, all of hell.

I have tear in my eye,
See, I can rhyme if I try.
Not from being real sad,
I'm just laughing a tad!
