A Better Place
~ By Sue ~

Whenever I would go to care for her
she always gave me a hug
As she laid there in that bed
I covered her real snug

I did my best to feed her, but
she got to where she wouldn't eat
When I tried to give her water
she wouldn't even drink

I was only assigned there, twice a week
still, my heart was always there with her
As I watched her lying in that bed
I hated to see her suffer

Four days later, after I left her there
they called to say, she passed away
I'm sure when she left this earth
she went right through heavens gate

I'm glad that she no longer suffers
and I will always miss her
But, the place that she has gone to
I know is so much better

Yes, she is indeed in a better place Sue.
You have such a caring heart. Bless you.

Blessed are the last keepers of time,
holding me close as I unwind,
and those who would hold a thought of me,
as I travel the road to destiny...

You inspired me, Sue...
and your heart? It's huge...

God bless you.

Hello dear Sue..
I'm sure you took very good care of her.
Sending heart hugs to you.
