Heart Severed By Silence

I was shredding many verses
Page after page torn apart
Reason for the incompletion
Silence had broken my heart

Pages scattered everywhere
Of love I wished to express
Maybe you understand why
Perhaps you could care less

My torn heart amongst pages
As silence tore through me
Erasing hopes and dreams
I was breaking apart tearfully

I'm left with blank white paper
Lost for words, tear stained
My heart severed by silence
Yet my love for you remained

Dear Hope, yes your love remained ...  even if the heart is severed you hear the echoes.
This is so very touching and beautifully rendered.

Love and hugs.

Hope, this is just amazing

I love that ending.

You know I can understand the pain.
