I live within a little world of day-to-day routine
On looking back it’s not that far, the places I have been
And though I travel seldom and find my home my rest
I find within my traveled mind, the dreams I love the best

I’m free without a single care to take me from my path
And look not back on what has been, to be my aftermath
I sit among the friends I’ve made, enjoying all they say
And anything I truly want is never far away

There’s a life we lead in human form to what we must abide
Bricks and mortar we must build, a place we must reside
But then there is the world I seek and visit time to time
Where problems all dissolve away and what I need is mine

There’s people who attract, react and find a common bond
Who never meet to interact but always do respond
Who make the day a joyous thing to visit and farewell
Today was filled with good friends, tomorrow who can tell?

Dear Gentle spirit, wonderful to be here and scrolling on the pages of Passion once again, thank you so much for your reply, great to see you here.

Dear Dixie, the family is always there, that is the great thing, we can say what we feel and be rewarded by compassion and warm arms. Thanks for your message, catch up again soon.

Sincerely
Rick
