there are times
when I find myself
outlining with my lips
in whispering
on slow exhale of quivered breath
with eyes closed
as if in prayer
softest sound, almost unheard
as it screams through my soul
and redefines ache
I swear
I swear it...
You hear me
no matter the distance....
I know
You hear me
when the sighing of your name
emanates from the very essence
of all that I am....

just.....listen

Beatufiul.  I can feel the wanting (or wonting, as you wish) in this poem.  It yearns and aches for and with desire.  I love it and live it completely.

A painful yearning suffers this poem born of hope that will not burn out.  Enjoyed this poem.

A beautiful marriage of painting and poignant poetry.

~ A delicate, sigh-eliciting piece of writing...
