would love it
if poetry drips out
like water from a tap
in the middle of
a magnificent thirst

summer beckons
and water flows
in smoky circles of
white clouds

hard rock plays itself
out from the radio
as time stands stunned

flow is the least i can ask for
when the hills slant my way

serenity from brightness shines

~

lines evenly lie on sand

criss-crossing they sleep
on the wake of my paths

you might wonder
what this thirst is
that thrusts itself

cruel the page is
blank and it is white
waiting to be plundered
with thoughts of amaze

yet all that it speaks
are whispers of lucid silence
amidst cries of absent groove
while the groves of languid banyan
sway with the merry wind

~

in the beginning
just as in the end
there is always nature
yours, mine and
of everything around us
in surround-sound melodies
from the whispering groves
and then there is
Nature.

Sudhir

I have felt this way too....lately I am parched.  So, in trying to describe this feeling, you have written an excelent poem and one that I'm sure many poets can relate to.  Thanks!

There is such a delicate flow to your words Sudhir. This is beautifully descriptive,  smooth and flowing. You have a way of making me ponder, while artfully drawing pictures in my mind as I read. Yes sir, I enjoyed this.

Best wishes,
/Kit

First class and the sad thing

Your words flow as magic and decorate the mind

but maybe we have moved to a life

where we don't try to remember

Words Sublime

Sudhir it sure is nice to read your wonderful words again.  I've had some time to spend in the blue pages the last couple of days.

I can relate to this very well.  Your words grace us so calmly and gently.

Enjoyed!!!!
