i welcome the sky
in this down-under resurrection
the clouds mock my face
and the wind brings
bell chimes

and i can’t shake your cries
from the drag of sea
your hillsong rolls down
to curl around me

and

if i could build a raft
for all the shipwrecks

i would beloved

i would build it the tallest mast
so it would be seen in the light
of all mankind
and fasten the strongest sail
to hold the mother of all storms

for you say, in the roar of oceans
that there will be many

and i knew in the crystalline knowledge of you
