Compensation

I compensate what I don’t know
By finding places I can go
I walk among the scenes of green
Collecting flowers of each mean

And many a bouquet I’ve made
To set before a pretty maid
To capture flights of butterflies
The color of their pretty eyes

There’s nothing like their lovely smile
To sip within a lovely wile
And make them laugh in sheer delight
The fumbling awkward of a knight

And I would ask a favors wear
To tie about my head to bear
To keep within my heart of prime
Forever tie the sands of time

And so I compensate the thaw
The ever changing of the store

And many a bouquet I’ve made

And you make them still... every day... for us with your words. *S* And I, for one... thank you! *S*

~Morning hugs, Nancy~

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

Lovely write to brighten up this miserably wet and cold day in Ontario. Thankyou for this Seymour. Hugs, Chris

If I still owned a flowershop, I'd hire you to make them ....I would put a very high price on them too, because they are a part of you.

Why, King Sigh, all you needed to do was ask!

Here be a crown that shall fit your head fine,
And it shall contain all the sands of time.
