Change Now

The mental strain of life
Is more than some can handle;
Just watch the news,
Death is abundant,
And crime is rampant.
The world should take a deep breath
Exhaling their sins,
Before time and breath run out.

and while you are taking in a deep breath, hopefully, of clean air
remember to take time to look at a dandelion
a sparrow, a single green blade of grass
and see

As we progress, so too do we revert, and the media brings vivid the deeds done. As I read this, I found myself breathing out, to clear my mind and take in a beautiful sunrise. Good write.
