About Doubt

It's hard to trust
when you can't believe.
It's hard to believe
when you've known
one too many failures.
It's easy to fail when
doubts and fears seem
to tell the story
of your life.

I'm not really this
doubtful, this fearful,
or am I?

If only dreams could
come true and me and you
could lay all of our
doubts by the wayside.

That would be a beautiful
day, but I doubt if I'll
ever see that day, as
long as I have this
thing about doubts.

You know what? Doubt is a very human thing...I sure do my share of it....and especially when it comes to relationships...I hope all your dreams come true.
