Even the snowfields burn
in the light of the full moon,
blazing chalk white-
through the open window
deep into my longing heart

What you express through your longing heart is so poetic!

choshi

Your vision is very unique...Although I don't live where there is snow, I can see how snow would seem this way. Thank you for the beautiful poem this morning.

Oh yeah, even the snowfields.  I love the images in this one-fresh and original.

Cool snow reflections.
Lights dance over the edges.
Warming hearts and souls.
* enjoyed!
