The sun peeks over mother earth Yawning over a beautiful horizon. Blinking sunshine of an awakening day, Soft hues meet darkness, turning blue. Clouded skies dance upon changing light. Birds dart about, singing hypnotic sounds. Oh, so soothing is the morning chorus, Mind melting, the softness of another day. Flowers open up to filter fragrances Breezing upon a cleansing morning dew. Evaporating in a swaying rejuvenation Putting a shine of effervescent coloring. Sleepy eyes hide under sheets of humanity. Rays penetrate dancing shadows of blinders. Chasing darkness in a game of hide and seek. Sending it finally to secluded closed closets. Landscapes bleaching in enlightened colors Until the circle completes it transformation. As songbirds, complete their rising crescendo, Climaxing in the softness of another day.
