She slipped upon a paper trail
Piled ads, paid bills
to fall within a file

Not to paper drown
Arose soft head
Viewing stacks around

Delicate in her rise
Again, teeter-tottered stack
Billowing tail, a willow above her back.

Padding desk, attention seeking cat
Sidles across blue field
Static fur graying  black.

Silly feline pounces lap
Playing  keyboard
Tap, trip, tap!
(No file could contain our Caitlin Cat!)

Seymour,
Glad you enjoyed.  It is always a pleasure to see your name.

Gentle Spirit,

Thanks for stopping by.  I'm pleased you enjoyed my little cat tale.

           ~sadie~

Sunshine,

I bet you do miss the little purrers!  I swore I would never like a cat, but since Caitlin has been around, she has changed my mind about that!  She's almost seventeen!  Since her "master" (I laugh about the choice of words) has left, she has adopted me to master!  Glad you could relate.

I miss my little "helper" so much... I may have less typos now... but that was small price to pay for the purr. *S*

Smiles for you and your Caitlin... may she continue to inspire you! *S*

Cats have a mind of their own, and don't have a second thought
that we love them just the way they are.  It's good to be queen or king, as the case may be.

Fun write, Sadie~

nice playful feel to this

You said it right in that she adopted you.

Thanks everyone for responding to Caitlin's poem.  I see that we have a lot of cat lovers here!  I never was one until she convinced me!  Pesky cat!
