Heating Pad Thoughts

That little touch is missing,
hands that spread their feel.
An aching there, between the want
remembering once, the real.

Brighter lights this morning
clouds, though, skipped through skies.
Never bluer than the blue
behind the tinted, eyes.

To see and know the always of
the dark, a touch of dare.
Leaning 'gainst the warmth of thought,
veiled in, renewal's share.

Time's the touch, the heated need
padded soft the mind.
I close my eyes to view the feel
of never left behind.

Yes, I agree very warm thoughts.
I have one of those too and they're great at times.
