The Light of the Dark

The light that shines from out the dark
Is the essence of our embark
The Ark that carries two by two
All that is old and all that is new

It is the energy and prime
The starting of the age of time
It is the pinpoint of the point
The very symbol of anoint

It is the wave that carries thee
The wave that carries all of we
That starts the chain of link on link
The very chain that’s held by think

It’s where we’ll overcome the strange
And fill the roll of severs change
And there become as one with light
To overcome the dark of night

I cannot touch that point of be
But I can drink the thought as tea

So much enjoyed today's read Sy!
And, did you say tea???
Well...as it so happens..you came to the right place.
Don't get up...I'll pour.
~Morning hugs & tea, Nancy~

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

But I can drink the thought as tea"
