Just let me scream
and pretend
that you would
hear me...
and see me...
for the first time
as you looked past
the surface rhyme
and all
of my          vulnerabilities..

deeper   to a place
        of strength
that you didn't believe
resided in me..

Did you really think
I would fall
to my knees again,
that I would be too weak
        to stand alone
                       on my own....

While each step taken
might be heart heavy
burden laden

I have fought
this war
before,

survived only to move
onto the next battle
that would leave me        scarred

                  but I'm still here..
                              I persevere.......

and pick myself up
to face
what’s in store

and once again
I'll try
to not blame myself
anymore....

I really want to care,
I want to feel something
let me dig a little deeper
NAH, still nothing...
My give a DAMN is busted....Jodee

Very positive..yes, extremely well written.
Hugs pretty lady~

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

then, this person did not know you....
I hate it when people assume...and think of us they way they are...

Again, another book from the heart of a gentle but vibrant spirit

that you have, that you have, and this is amazing, Donna . . . we all have to just dust off and start over . . . no matter how hard it seems.

just look out the other window
the view ne can't see
it is yours

You and me, both. We have to move on just to show that we can indeed do it on our own, I do know how hard the battles are. Believe me, I know.
