Emerging From Darkness

From the deep cavern
He emerges
Musty,tattered clothes
He dons
A long solemn sleep
He had

A gut wrenching yell
He bellows
Moving towards light
He quakes
Unsettling to him
He weeps

Morphing into human
He moves
Into public view
He arrives
Letting all know
He's back

Nothing hurts more than sitting next to the one you love - knowing it will never be.
