walking the surreal

My soul speaks softly
of falling star fantasies—

bright light shine
caught upon dragon fly wings—

iridescent imaginings of
gossamer shimmer
and angelic glimmer
cast
upon whisper breezes

Can you see them dance?

in silk spun verse
and sigh spent breaths?

word songs flowing in time
to heart sung arias
in sheerest cascade
of poetic harmony—

oh— can you hear  it. . .

the soft string sounds of
the felicity of mind waltzing

the fragile soul sighs of yearning

stirring a commotion
in a flutter come lovely

the fanciful flight
of day thought dreams

s.a.t.

If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . .

Oh this is nice. It just breathes magic. You and Dark Angel  should duet, you both have similar poetic voices.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Susan, I both see and hear your fanciful day thought dreams.

You write with the grace of a butterfly in flight.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!

like a thousand butterflies flitting over
a meadow,  rising, falling, flying about.

Nicely done Susan...just about how my dreams
or daydreams are...so quick, flittering
here and there.
