 They must have heard my plea last night Today a lamb was born, so bright She is a SmartChick, like our Sue So here my friend, this one's for you ~~~~~~~~~~ Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |

Ahhh how adorable!!! Lucky Sue has a lamb named after her! It's my late mother's birthday today too.  But!! I am so thrilled the lambs are coming!!  |

Thanks folks and yes there will be coming a lot more. At least 13 if all are 'singles' but I count on some twins too when I see those bellies. Sweet Deer, alas I must admit that Balladeer has become 'mutton'. But don't you worry my friend, I'm sure a "Mack" will be born this year, so you are given a second chance  Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |

Miscellania, they're the oldest breed of The Netherlands, callled 'Drenthen Heathsheep' (specially bred to roam the moors)and they're very rare at the moment. Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |
