I sit, a pen in hand, and wait
For inspiration cast that magic verse
-- But instead, you permeate my thoughts;
A vision dancing in my head,
The cascade of your flowing hair
Sweeping inner shores of my desire.

You have come and gone, but countless
Times; with a smile, a tear, a graceful stance;
A joyful walk; an airy dance --
With a song that rings an endless chime.

You and I, alone, but two
Loose shards of existence
Fitted together
Eternal Life unfolds --
Oh, Woman - My fate;
My blessing; my curse;
Dead without You; entwined in You -

Which Star have You come from?

CG~~I have a vision dancing in my head, but it isn't as beautiful as the picture you have painted here. Lovely write my friend!

My Noble Knight,

       Thy Words for me are tiny stars, that place the heavens lights in my eyes, eyes that shine only for you!

The Star I come from is the star of your universe....

I bow to my king, for I am not worthy of such beautiful words ...my chest aches.

Love,
Thy Fiery Lady

I read this last night, and the title alone got a tune going around in my head, which took me on a journey of trying to find the original correct title and singer[s] and not being successful in doing so...

so I come back to find that this poem is as lovely in the dawn as it is in the twilight...and the tune is still haunting my mind...

Oft in the distance, a Lady sits
chin resting on hands remembering the touch
inspired by the dance of words
and a desire to know more.

She has not come from a star, but the Moon
where shadows rise and fall upon Thee
whence come Thy Knightly duties.
Darkness, Thy friend in share.

There 'mongst many is the chosen,
being eyed by She, viewing that which lays
between the lines, warmth, softness.
A heart filled~~with verse.

To dance her dreams, hast come this She
In wait, This Lady in answer of Thee~~
