Sometimes my hair is pulled up
in prim and proper,
my business suit look
hanging around my neck.

At times, I'm a lazy sweat suit
curled up in blankets of warmth
while emotions flow
through my pen.

Other times you can see
a country girl , denim and flannel
walking through fields of colors
painted against a skyline.

Adorned in timeless satin and lace
with hair softly curled
falling around the face of romance
is someone that you might see.

Then...
on those special times
when the daring woman comes out
dressed in night life,
silk stockings and blouse cut low
showing just a little more than
society might feel I should show.

In all of these times,
who ever it is
that I choose to be,
held within each of these
beats the heart, always a lady.

wait a minute,
NAH, still nothing...
my give a DAMN is busted...Jodee
