Full to the brim
not a drop to waste
pleasureable thoughts
cause pedals to brake.

When the cup is emptied
and time says refill
watch for the waiter
the carries the bill

Full to the brim
another ale will be poured
none to waste frivolously
as payments are scored..

"Better a full cup than empty
not a drop to lose",
sayed the aproned man;
better a complete clutch of eggs
than  ostrich heads in the sand...
unless a phoenix's tears can heal
wounds caused as full cups tip..

Then we had better not waste one more moment, and pop this piece back up to the top. thanks for the ponder. hugs, Chris

as stanzas dip into uncharted seas
