Estuaries

An estuary wends its way
Down into, my memories lay
Babbling, spilling on to shore
Where all my fantasies would store

Draining down into the land
Where heat and sun turns it to sand
Where spills the time of hours glass
That changes into past alas

The beach has turned to pink array
That makes the rainbows of my day
Growing treasures fantasy
Salted down with ecstasy

And I do mine this cave of gold
Within a sleuth box made of old
Pick the gleaming bobbles out
And plant them in my mind to sprout

And when the plant comes into bloom
I weave it in my night time loom

....and all of us are the lucky recipients of your minds blossoms. Thankyou for this treasure piece Seymour. Into my library it goes! hugs, Chris

Chris and I are enjoying
the same passage...

I had a pink-tinged morning
here as well, Sy,
just no ocean to hear my sigh.
