When I hear your smile
     I can't help myself
     its warmth stays awhile
     just spreading the wealth

     I lose my control
     and miss a heart's beat
     refreshing the soul
     a moment's retreat

When I hear your smile
     I am close to you
     and we cross the mile
     as we always do

     through storms, thick or thin
     the smiles always shine
     your light speaks within
     making what's yours mine
