Sun touches on sky with the hand of a bride
and bares naked the flame of unbridled desire
as a symbol and sign of determined intent
to stay in the groove of cyclical moves.

In motion the fire from need into being
and all above life know of happy feelings
so long a-simmer in unconsciousness minds
now risen into the light of new days.

Come clouds and the rain to dampen the flame
and sun loses depth in life’s artful maze,
a wanderer now in mistrust and doubt
and weak, so weak, it’s pulsating sphere.

Lost all alone like a soul far from home
but breathing the air of going somewhere
sun hops dot to dot to the tick of a yearn
synchronized with time’s unwavering beat.

On the crest of midday it hopes again, prays,
the solid line, groove, will keep it in tune
and dance it beyond the shadows of life
again to arise with the hand of a bride.

Sun and me one move in cycles and views
till again I stand new in my love of you,
a bride in true form risen up from a dream
in the groove of your soul made whole!
