Together

If strength is what you need then draw from mine
And let my shoulders bear the bruising weight
Of burdens born from evil's grand design
To conquer two entwined by love and fate.
For we were meant to brave this world as one
And boldly meet life’s challenges unfazed,
To leave a legacy of battles won,
And broken foes, bewildered, spent and dazed.
So walk with me through life's most violent storms
And hand in hand we'll greet each troubled mile,
Contented in a love that sweetly forms
With every tender glance and gentle smile.

My very breath is yours for but a kiss
That seals our lips in never ending bliss.
