Carried back heart
To the land of ancestors
Where Steinway pianos played
Moving surreal...about consciousness
Eight years stubbornly woke
Living far ahead of
Brittled bones
Farmsteads
Become eyes of underground springs
Splashing happily…stargazing
Sitting on the ground hugging knees
With no reminder of human life
Dreamers intertwined
There on that beach, I found ordinary sand &
Felt like a mother watching my babe sleep
Watching him grow
This was a place I could call my own
No time where the palm trees sway
Scented moods
Extrasensory enlightenment
Larger understanding, became ordinary words
Like some secret poetic language
of child birth
Viewing layers of meanings in a sphere
Spontaneous eternal sounds
Holding no image
all hues mixing...
Yet, ordinary sounds
ordinary
ordinary
Profound levels transporting me
Liberating soul in thoughts
Flying to inner core
Increasing
Sweet ordinary
Becomes me
Silent, prearranged
Moon sitting by my side
Climbing into my kin
Dawn tells me secrets
Wandering interactions
Like an unstrung harp
And it’s primal cause
submittal.....

My girl, you simply have
no ordinary words...
not when you string them
all together like this.

I like the way you portray
"normal" into "extraordinary".

I too like the ordinary- which when viewed with the right eyes is extraordinary - amazing is all around us

If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . .

LeeJ,

Everytime I think I've found my favorite, I find I'm wrong!  You are so in touch with the energy of nature and those around that there could be no ordinary!  A pleasure to read!
